About Ivelisse!

Hi I’m Ivelisse. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey, with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. Here at New Day New Beginnings, I provide both clinical and non-clinical therapeutic services. I am passionate about integrating Christian/Catholic faith-based biblical truth and evidenced-based techniques in your healing journey. I take a holistic approach to services. My approach is eclectic, insight-oriented, with a focus in strength based and client-centered, because there is no “one size fits all” as we are all unique individuals. Whether you are seeking therapy or coaching services, both can be a transformative experience if you are willing to challenge yourself and trust the process!

Virtual Services

New Day New Beginnings is currently a virtual mental health private practice. I am currently working with older teens ages 16+ and adults (18+). New Day New Beginnings, LLC is guided by the following core values: Compassion, Collaboration, Empowerment, and Confidentiality. My mission is to provide Christ-centered, bilingual, trauma informed, culturally sensitive mental health services. I am passionate about helping others. Difficult circumstances are a part of life. However, you have strengths and are more resilient than you think! Together, we can identify, develop, and vitalize those strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and identify healthy practical ways to work towards becoming the best version of yourself.

"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose".  - Roman 8:28
